For well over 50 years, Le XI Terre has produced their wines with meticulous attention to each stage of production. This is especially true in their vineyards, where focus is constantly placed on the number of vines per hectare, and on the vine-training in individual plots. Selective pruning and micro-irrigation are also employed to maintain consistency and the health of the winery's vineyards.
