Château de Sonnay Chinon is made from 100% hand harvested Cabernet Franc grapes. It has a deep ruby red color with aromas of black currants, raspberries, spices and violets. On the palate it is round and velvety, and has a lively tannic structure, but one in complete harmony with the wine’s fine, supple body. This is a versatile wine that will flatter all types of cheeses and grilled or roasted meats.
