CADIS Valpolicella
This beautiful ruby red wine is made from 40-70% Corvina, 20-40% Molinara and 5-25% Rondinella grapes (percentages of grapes depend on the harvest), grown in vineyards with medium-clay soil in the classic D.O.C. production area. Fermentation is done with selected yeasts in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. With aging, the color turns from ruby red to garnet. This wine has harmonious, fruity aromas and taste and is a perfect combination with all pasta dishes, meats, and cheeses but can complement any meal, thanks to its well balanced tannins and smooth, rounded flavors |
