FREISA LANGHE

This exquisite wine is made from 100% Freisa grapes from 20-25 year old vines from the vineyard Fontana 280 meters above sea level.  The grapes are hand harvested towards the end of September and fermented for 10 days in stainless steel under a controlled temperature, with an additional 3 months of rest before bottling.  The result is a beautiful ruby red colored wine with violet reflections, intense aromas of roses and raspberries, and a fresh, pleasantly dry flavor that bursts onto the palate with a slight sparkle. Cairel’s Freisa is a perfect accompaniment to flavorful dishes, cold meats and medium season cheeses.
