Pinot Grigio

This lovely wine is made from 100% Pinot Grigio grapes from 20 year old vines hand harvested in late August/early September.  Della Rocca Pinot Grigio is produced with the most modern technologies available today, from refrigeration of the fresh must to low temperature fermentation which enhances the fragrance and balance of the wine.  This is a pale straw-colored wine with a soft, fruity taste and delicate aromas reminiscent of toasted walnuts and honey.  A delightful wine to enjoy alone or to complement light meats, pasta dishes with light sauces, or mild cheeses.  Serve chilled.
