Cascina Bruni
Moscato d’Asti D.O.C.G
“Culumbè”
The Moscato d’Asti “Culumbè” comes from a little vineyard with southeast exposure, in the commune of Serralunga d’Alba. These vines are 25 years old with a limited production, barely six grape clusters on each vine stock. This reduced yield naturally maximizes the intensity of the fruit. Vinification of the “Culumbè” starts with a soft pressing of the grapes and filtration of the juice with the most sophisticated horizontal filtration system. After bottling, the wine rests for three months before being released. The entire process from the vine to the bottle is done under strict temperature control.
This delicious yellow-gold colored wine has a fine floral fragrance and enticingly sweet sparkle. The taste is soft and pleasant reminiscent of pears, melon, and honey with a hint of citrus freshness. A grand complement to any dessert or simply to enjoy as a sipping wine. Serve chilled.
