SERRONE
        Taburno Rosso DOC

Made from 60% Aglianico, 20% Pedirosso and 20% Sangiovese from the vineyard Serra. The grapes are vinified in stainless steel and the wine is then aged in second passage French barrique for 6-8 months, followed by an additional 12-18 months in the bottle. Serrone is a beautiful red wine with aromas of red fruits, cherries and spices and a soft taste with well balanced tannins. Pairs well with aged cheeses, game and grilled meats. Serve at room temperature.
