CAIREL BARBERA

Alba has long been known for its production of fine Barbera. This
area yields wines of such unexpected class that for the first time
in memory this wine is on the verge of becoming chic. Cairel's Barbera
d'Alba from the vineyard "Caveia" is a well-balanced wine
with charm and generosity. Aged in oak casks, the result is a more
round, full, and complex wine. It has a fragrant perfume, reminiscent
of dried flowers and herbs. It is a beautiful ruby red in color
with a taste that is fresh and full. An excellent accompaniment
to antipasto, red meat, game, chicken, or cheeses. Serve at room
temperature. |
