This wine made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc grapes are carefully harvested by hand so that only the whole grapes reach the cellar. The bunches are then soft pressed and fermented under temperature control. The result is a lovely straw colored wine with bright pale green hues. The bouquet is intense and elegant with aromas of melon, tomato leaf, yellow pepper and tropical fruit tones. The flavor is fresh, smooth, well-balanced and dry with a noble aromatic and fruity pear and apricot aftertaste that lingers on the palate. Complements hors d’oeuvres, delicate pastas and rice dishes. Serve chilled.
