DOLCE VALLE

This beautiful sweet dessert wine is produced from the Moscato grape. After vinification it is left to rest six months in the bottle before being released. The color is a golden-yellow tending to amber with age. It has an aroma that is intense and persistent with a flavor that reminds one of dried pears and apricots and a light aftertaste of an amber honey. This wine is a compliment to any desserts, spicy cheeses or can be enjoyed simply on its own.
