TORTI PINOT NERO WHITE

This wine is made from 100% hand-harvested Pinot Nero grapes. Because this grape has a dark skin and white pulp, it is very softly pressed in order to obtain the color of the pulp only and still maintain all the inherent flavors of the Pinot Nero. It has a beautiful golden straw color with a fragrance of fruits and flowers and a dry, yet, full engaging taste with delicate shades of flint and toast. A lovely complement to hors d’oeuvres, light pasta dishes, white meats and fish.
