AWARDED 18 POINTS FROM JANCIS ROBINSON

An excellent wine from a difficult harvest year, in which the grape yield was 25% lower than in the previous vintage.

The wine is produced from a single vineyard, Quinta da Agua Alta, a high-altitude, east facing site that is known for producing dark, complex wines with extensive aging potential.
